Will Ukraine re-enter Uspenivka by May 31?
June 1, 2026 · $65k volume
Why it resolved
Ukraine's spring 2026 counteroffensive in Zaporizhzhia made initial territorial gains in April (regaining ~40 km² in the region), causing price relief from 50¢ to 28¢ by April 23. However, the offensive did not extend south far enough to reach and capture Uspenivka, which Russia had taken in December 2024. As the May 31 deadline approached without Ukrainian forces reaching the objective, the price decayed from 16¢ in late April to near-0¢ by late May, finally resolving NO on June 1.
